RECONNECT TO YOUR INNER CHILD
Do you
remember what it is like to see the world through a child's eyes? Can
you remember how it feels to view everything with child-like innocence?
You have probably developed certain perspectives so that you may adapt
and relate in the real world with other adults. If you take some time to
remember what it felt like to have that pure innocence, you will
experience more peace and joy in all of life. You will unify with your
spiritual nature and start living from your soul....

INTUITION
For years I
have been guided by
my intuition which I
used to think of as
a “gut” feeling. I
now realize it is
much more than that
and in fact it isn't
from the “gut” at
all but from the
very air we breathe.
When we
are living
authentically and on
purpose we develop
certain” muscles”
that inform us of
the energy around us
and we can react or
respond to those
energies in ways
that serve us or
not. We can make a
choice based on that
energy.
Are you someone who gives on a regular basis? Are you conscious
of how and when you give? After reading Cami Walker’s book, 29 Gifts:
How a Month of Giving Can Change your Life, I felt inspired to
participate in the Giving Challenge...giving away 29 gifts in 29 days.
We greet
you beloved as together we witness the dawning of the new age. This new
age, this new reality of consciousness is being called forth by you. You
are the instrument, the conscious voice, the frequency and the vibration
that is bringing about the changes.
Self Awareness is the Key to all Successful Relationships!
Who am I? To answer this, we must first learn to become more aware
of ourselves. To be aware, we need to step outside ourselves and objectively
watch ourselves in action.
I left my home heading West and returned from the East. In
California, I saw giant redwood trees, twenty stories high and wide as a
house. In Hawaii, it was volcanoes and black sand, landscapes like the moon.
In Japan, I saw 2000 temples of Kyoto; the largest wooden building in the
world surrounding an immense Buddha, cast in bronze; and Hiroshima recovered
from atomic devastation but with pain still in the air....
Recently I had the experience of how
gratitude in difficult times can dramatically improve a situation. I
have often read that gratitude in times of extreme stress or fear can
change your attitude, give you more physical strength to continue, and
help to even restore a level of happiness. Several weeks ago I had the
opportunity to practice this.
Barry and I have different ideas
about the ideal vacation. He loves adventure in the wilderness; I prefer
something more relaxing like camping by a mountain lake. Each summer we
try to each go on the other’s ideal vacation. Barry has taken me on some
amazing adventures and usually we go to my favorite isolated High Sierra
lake. This year, however, what was supposed to be his dream adventure
turned into a harrowing experience of survival.
